Aufgrund seiner Rührblattabmessung eignet sich der PR 39 Propellerrührer bestens für das Homogenisieren von sehr viskosen Medien in Gefäßen mit folgenden Charakteristika:
- idealer Gefäßdurchmesser: 188 - 375 mm
- idealer Bodenabstand: 38 - 75 mm
- ideale Füllhöhe: 188 - 375 mm
- ideales Volumen: 5.200 - 41.400 ml
Der Propellerrührer besteht aus einem Rührflügel aus PTFE und einer PTFE-ummantelten Edelstahlwelle . Der Edelstahlkern sorgt für die Stabilität der Rührwelle und die sichere Befestigung im Laborrührer. Im Spannbereich beträgt der Durchmesser 6,5 mm; die Rührwelle mit dem dickwandigen PTFE-Überzug hat einen Durchmesser von 8 mm.
Aufgrund seiner antiadhäsiven Eigenschaft (Antihaftbeschichtung) ist der Propellerrührer leicht zu reinigen und bis zu einer maximalen Anwendungstemperatur von 250°C einsetzbar.
