IKA® lab lifts are suitable for raising and supporting small laboratory devices or vessels. The maximum weight that can be raised is up to 7 kg (max. dynamic load) and the maximum supporting weight is up to 25 kg (max. static load). The working height can extend from 70 mm to 300 mm. The auxiliary springs ensures that users can raise large loads easily, especially from the lowest position.
Today's IKA factories were founded 1910 in Cologne as a trading company for pharmaceutical commodities Janke & Kunkel OHG. Starting in 1920, the company began to develop and manufacture laboratory and measuring instruments, electrolysis devices and other equipment for university and industrial laboratories. Today, the IKA Group has more than 900 employees at eight locations on four continents and is pleased about customers such as BASF, Bayer or Procter&Gamble.
