The Microsart AMP Coating Buffer is an essential requirement to perform a test for mycoplasma according to the European Pharmacopoeia 2.6.7 with volumes ranging from 0.2 to 18 ml. Mycoplasma particles, which might be present in the sample, are concentrated with Vivaspin® centrifugation units after DNA extraction as part of the sample preparation procedure. The Microsart AMP Coating Buffer is required to condition the sample matrix for use with the filtration membrane.
