The Sample Cutter is a one-piece polycarbonate plastic tool for handling samples of semi-solid foods or materials.

Three tined fork has a sharp rocker knife on its back edge and a strong handle
Sold in pairs; use one tool as a fork to hold material while using knife edge of the other tool to cut off a sample
Samples can be picked up using the fork tines
Autoclavable at 121°C (250°F) and safe to put into a commercial dishwasher
